Shipping method?

We offer variety of shipping but most common is USPS First Class Mail Service along with a delivery confirmation service. We also use other postal services, depending on the country of the recipient.
Our goal is to offer you the best shipping options. Every day, we deliver to hundreds of customers around the world, ensuring that we provide the highest levels of responsiveness to you at all times.

When can I expect to receive my package?

The order processing will take 1 to 7 days. Shipping will take approximately 2 to 6 weeks depend on where u are.Most of our Warehouse are in United State,Russian Federal,China ,Spain and etc.
We then decided to partner with global merchants and artisans in order to continue providing our customers with great products at even better prices! 
We currently ship to over 200+ countries all over the world. Please make sure you enter your shipping address in English, so there are no errors in shipping logistics.
If your order still hasn’t arrived for more than a month from placement and its status in the Order Tracker has remained the same, kindly contact our friendly customer service support to assist you.

Please note:

It may take up to 24 hours for your package to show up on the forwarder's tracking system. For International orders, tracking information is only available until the package leaves its country of origin. After that, there is no further tracking.
FAQ.
I've  ordered two or more items, but only received one, why?
We ship out each individual item as soon as they are available. While this improves the speed of delivery, it means that you will not get your entire order at once. If you order multiple items, some items may arrive earlier than the others.
Sometimes items from the same order will be split into different packages in order to avoid additional fees.
You should receive any missing components of your order within two (2) weeks. However, if you don't – let us know. You can contact our support by our contact us form. Please keep all delivery packets as we will require them for evidence of shipment.

What about customs? Will I be charged extra fees when my package arrives in my country?

You will need to bear the cost of any custom or import fees outside of the total price of your order. That being said, we mark all our orders as gifts and hence, the chance of attracting custom duties is very low.
For our customers in Sweden mostly , we are informed that there is an increase in the customs charge thus we will notify you via email if you want to push through with your orders.

Orders that were not received by the recipient in their respective Postal offices will either be sent back to us or be destroyed. Please take note that we will not provide a refund should you wish not to pay the customs fees and if the postal office decides to destroy the unclaimed item.
